The subscriber must adhere to all written instructions provided by the company in this request, as well as instructions displayed on the center’s internal boards and administrative notices that may be issued by the company in the future. The subscriber acknowledges that any guidelines (such as the sports guide, subscription guide, usage guide, etc.) and any periodic publications issued by the company are an integral part of these terms, and the subscriber accepts and agrees to abide by them in accordance with the club’s policies. The subscriber also acknowledges that they have reviewed all the guides attached to this subscription mentioned below and accepted them as part of these terms and this subscription.
First: Terms and Conditions for Registering on the Website:

Second: Terms and Conditions of Subscription
- The facilities included in this membership are limited to:
- Women’s club facilities: gym, fitness room, treadmill area, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, as well as the club’s bathing facilities, toilets, and lockers.
- Men’s club facilities: gym, fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, as well as the club’s bathing facilities, toilets, and lockers.
- Academy facilities: karate, taekwondo, fitness, gymnastics, swimming, and football academies.
- Any other services not covered by the membership category will incur additional fees according to the service prices.
- The age limits for joining Makkah Sports Club are as follows: If the subscriber is under 16 years old, their guardian or an adult close relative must submit the membership request on their behalf.
- The subscriber agrees to have their photo taken and linked to facial recognition systems to activate their membership and store it in the center for verification upon entry.
- All subscribers must enter using the facial recognition system, and failure to comply may result in suspension of access due to identity verification failure.
- If an entry tool is provided, it will be issued free for the first year only. In case of loss or damage, the subscriber must bear the cost of a replacement.
- The subscriber is not entitled to retroactive compensation for suspension due to illness.
- The subscriber is fully responsible for any damage to the club’s property, such as equipment, due to misuse.
- The subscriber cannot claim unused days if the service is available.
- The center reserves the right to modify the operating hours as it deems appropriate or to change parts of its facilities according to its plans and policies.
- The company has the right to change operating hours during public holidays, Ramadan, and official holiday closures without compensation.
- The company reserves the right to change the fitness class schedule as necessary for public interest.
- The subscriber may cancel and receive a refund within the first 48 hours with an administrative fee of 320 SAR. Refunds will not be accepted after that, and subscriptions paid through installment services (e.g., Tabby) are non-refundable as per the cancellation form.
- Only the primary subscription can be transferred, with the company’s approval, provided that no more than half of the original subscription period has passed, with a transfer fee of 287.5 SAR (as per the transfer form).
- The subscriber cannot request a refund for any additional subscriptions.
- The subscriber may freeze their membership for a consecutive 7-day period only once during the entire subscription period. No one else associated with the membership may access the club during this period (as per the freeze form).
- The subscriber cannot cancel their membership after renewal.
- Makkah Sports Club may temporarily close or delay the opening of women’s clubs during official visits (e.g., municipality checks) without compensation.
- The management has the right to close the club or parts of it for development, maintenance, cleaning, or emergencies, and may freeze subscriptions if the closure exceeds five days.
- Subscription activation occurs within 24 hours of payment.
- Early subscribers must renew before the subscription expires, within one month.
- Entry outside official working hours is prohibited.
- Pregnant subscribers may exercise at their own risk.
- Special needs members can register after assessment by the center, and if a companion is needed, they will be allowed entry without the right to exercise. The primary subscriber assumes full responsibility for the special needs member.
- The subscriber must obtain a receipt from the company’s official printouts or other payment methods (e.g., Tabby) for any payment made.
- The company is not liable if the subscriber changes their registered phone number without notifying the company.
- The company reserves the right to photograph the center, including subscribers, for promotional or operational purposes without compensation, especially for men’s clubs and boys under 15 years old.
- Subscribers are prohibited from parking in front of neighboring homes or businesses. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles.
- The company is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events that lead to facility closures or prevent the provision of services.
- The company has the right to play music in the centers at any time, and subscribers cannot object to this.
- The company may cancel a subscription without compensation if the subscriber violates any of the following:
- If the subscription is used by someone else.
- If the subscriber behaves poorly or disrupts others.
- If the subscriber engages in verbal or physical abuse against staff or members.
- Promoting products or services within the club.
- Offering personal training services.
- Giving money or gifts to staff.
- Using illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs.
- Taking photos of other members without permission.
Third: Terms and Conditions for Club Usage
- All subscribers must disclose any medical conditions that may interfere with their ability to exercise and provide a medical report for their file. The subscriber is solely responsible for their personal safety.
- Women’s pool access is prohibited without a medical report. Violating this will result in the cancellation of the membership without compensation.
- The subscriber must handle all equipment and club property with care and return weights and other items to their designated places. The subscriber is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
- Exercising on running machines is prohibited for individuals over 150 kg. Alternatives include running on the track or following the trainer’s instructions.
- Specific athletic wear is required, and proper shoes must be worn. Swimwear guidelines apply to water areas.
- Locker Availability: Lockers are available to the subscriber only during their time at the center. The subscriber acknowledges that they will not leave the locker open while at the center and must empty all its contents upon leaving. The subscriber also agrees not to leave any personal belongings inside the locker and should not close it when leaving. If this condition is violated, the center’s management has the right to open the lock in an appropriate manner after working hours without assuming any responsibility for the contents. The subscriber will bear the cost of changing the lock if it is opened, and the management is not responsible for any lost items.
- No Bags in Fitness Areas: Bringing bags into fitness areas is prohibited.
- Safety Responsibility: The subscriber must exercise due care for their own safety and that of others, following the trainer’s instructions before, during, and after workouts. Makkah Sports Club is not responsible for any injuries the subscriber may sustain (God forbid) or for any personal belongings lost inside or outside the center.
- Photography Restrictions: Photography is prohibited in the women’s club. If caught photographing for the first time, the subscriber will be warned; if repeated, the subscription will be canceled.
- Food Prohibition: Bringing food into the club facilities is prohibited.
- Smoking Restrictions: Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited at any time and in all areas within the club.
- Children Restrictions: Children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the men’s or women’s facilities.
- Respect for Local Culture: All subscribers must respect and observe the laws, customs, and traditions prevailing in Saudi Arabia.
- Non-Members Access: Non-members are not allowed to use the club’s facilities.
- Subscriber Numbers: Subscribers do not have the right to object to the number of members at the center.
- Subscription Renewal Restrictions: Subscriptions will not be renewed for individuals who have violated the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Right to Refuse Membership: The company has the right to refuse to register or renew any membership without providing reasons, and the subscriber has no right to demand justification from the company.
- Parental Consent for Minors: Any subscriber under the age of 15 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian on the child’s registration form and a waiver form. The company reserves the right to prevent any child from engaging in activities if this requirement is not met.
- Consent to Participate in Physical Activity:
- I, the undersigned, consent of my own free will to participate in physical activity. I fully understand the potential health changes that may occur as a result, and I am responsible for monitoring my physical and health condition during the activity. If I experience any unusual or abnormal symptoms, I will stop the physical activity and immediately notify the trainer. I relieve Makkah Sports Club and its affiliated centers, employees, and staff from any legal, financial, or other claims related to any injury, damage, or responsibility resulting from my participation in physical activity or any other cause. I acknowledge that my participation in physical activity does not require medical approval and is entirely at my own risk.

- By signing this form, you confirm that you have no heart conditions and that your doctor has not advised you against physical activity.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you do not experience chest pain during physical activity.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you have not experienced chest pain in the past month, even when not engaging in physical activity.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you have never experienced dizziness, fainting, or loss of balance.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you have no bone or joint issues (such as back, hip, or knee problems) that could worsen with physical activity or changes in your current exercise routine.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you do not suffer from high blood pressure or any heart conditions requiring prescription medication.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you do not have type 1 diabetes requiring insulin treatment.
- By signing this form, you confirm that there are no other conditions preventing you from exercising or increasing your physical activity level.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you have not had any surgeries in the past six months.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you do not suffer from any skin diseases (infectious or non-infectious).
- By signing this form, you confirm that you do not have burns or skin deformities.
- By signing this form, you confirm that you are not pregnant and have not been pregnant in the past six months.
- The Makkah Sports Club is not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill these terms, in whole or in part, due to any reason beyond its control and without fault or negligence on its part. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, acts of God, actions by civil or military authorities, applicable laws and regulations, epidemics, wars, fires, explosions, nuclear accidents, power outages, natural disasters, cybercrimes, and other illegal activities by third parties, or its inability to secure products or services from third parties or transportation services.
